Calaveras Board Of Supervisors Back In Action This Evening For Special Study Session On Cannabis & Other Business

San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras Board of Supervisors will be back at work tonight. The following issues are on the agenda. Adopt a Proclamation recognizing the Volunteer Hours of Hunter Reusche. Approve an agreement with Airbnb and authorize the Treasurer-Tax Collector to sign the agreement for the collection and remittance of Transient Occupancy Taxes (TOT) to the County of Calaveras. Adopt a Resolution continuing a Local State of Emergency for the winter storm damage from extreme weather events that began on January 7, 2017 through the month of February 2017. Adopt a Resolution continuing a Local State of Emergency for the removal of hazardous trees caused by the Butte Fire with the imminent threat of severe winter weather. Adopt a Resolution continuing the Local State of Emergency for the Butte Fire. Adopt a Resolution continuing a Local State of Emergency on Tree Mortality. And yes, Conduct a special study session on cannabis cultivation in Calaveras County
