West Point, CA…On May 27th, 2017, at approximately 2330 hours, 42 Year Old Christopher Tilton was riding his 1999 Kawasaki KX250 southbound on Mitchell Mill Road south of Blue Mountain Road on private property at an unknown speed. He entered a right hand curve in the roadway. Due to the Kawasaki’s speed, he was unable to negotiate the curve and lost control of the motorcycle. The rider and his bike traveled under the guardrail of a small bridge and then off an approximate 8-10 foot drop to the creek bed below.

As a result of the collision, he sustained fatal injuries. Christopher Tilton was located several hours later. Alcohol and/or drug influence has not been ruled out as a contributing factor in this collision.
