Kennedy Meadows, CA….Earlier CHP reported a traffic hazard on Hwy 108 where parties were jumping over the road on snowmobiles and a male with a camera was filming in the road. Please use caution for these and other shenanigans in the high country as Hwy 108 is open for the first weekend this summer.
