Sonora, CA…On Saturday, the Sheriff’s Office received information about counterfeit bills being passed at local businesses. The suspect shown below in a surveillance photo is described as a woman in her late 40’s to early 50’s, approximately 5’4″ tall, with brownish blond hair. This woman passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Starbucks and attempted to pass another at the Subway restaurant on Mono Way at the Junction Shopping Center.
