Valley Springs, CA…On July 12th Giles was driving his Ford F150 eastbound on SR-12, west of Southworth Rd, at an unknown rate of speed while intoxicated. Lokey was driving his Peterbuilt westbound on SR-12, west of Southworth Rd, at an unknown speed. Due to Giles level of intoxication, he failed to maintain a direct course of travel and allowed the Ford to leave the roadway. It traveled out of control and into the path of the semi.

As a result, the truck collided with the pickup. After the collision Giles was transported to San Joaquin General Hospital. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
