RECONSIDERATION of 2016-1123 APPEAL of Planning Directors Denial of Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Registration Application 2016-106 for APN: 044-006-028 Adrian Lambie, on behalf of Ralph Calderon and Mountain Farms, Inc., is requesting reconsideration of the denial by the Planning Commission of the appeal of the denial of application 2016-106 for medical commercial cannabis cultivation registration. The site is located at 833 State Route 49, Suites A-C, San Andreas, T4N, R12E, Sec. 22. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 27, 2017, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced reconsideration request. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
