LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. 2017-006 ZONING AMENDMENT AND NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR JED RICHARDSON. The applicant is requesting approval of a Zoning Amendment to change the zoning of the subject property from RR-5 (Rural Residential-5 acre minimum) to RA (Residential Agriculture). The subject property is 12.85 acres and located at 7653 Cave City Rd, APNs 036-031-020 and 036-031-021. The two parcels have recently been merged through a lot line adjustment; a new, single APN has not yet been assigned. A Negative Declaration was prepared and was available for review from April 12, 2017 through May 2, 2017.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. Board of Supervisors agenda is available online http://bos.calaverasgov.us at noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
