Rail Road Flat, CA…CHP is reporting a working structure fire near Rail Road Flat on Rail Road Flat Road. A home and outbuilding were involved and there has been some spread to vegetation. Another fire for our local firefighters to knock down. Rail Road Flat Road is closed between Summit Level and Independence.
