Summertime Tours At Angels Camp Museum

Angels Camp, CA…The Angels Camp Museum, the premier local history museum in Northern California, is pleased to invite you to docent-led summertime tours for the entire month of August! Bring family and friends for a guided tour of the museum’s spectacular collections of wagons and carriages. Our knowledgeable docents are happy to tell you all about the gold country history of Angels Camp and the Mother Lode region. You can also view two steam traction engines and exhibits highlighting mining equipment such as an overshot water-wheel in its original location, a hydraulic monitor, drills, ore cars and even a working model of a famous stamp mill.

Tours run from 10 – 11 a.m. on the following Thursdays: August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31

Tours free with museum admission.
