Valley Springs, CA…Melissa Lynn Cortez-Earl Born April 5th, 1975 in Fresno ,Ca. , Age 42 Passed away August 13th , 2017 at home with her family at her side. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, John W. Earl and her children Marissa Earl,Megan Earl and John W. Earl Jr. of Valley Springs.Three grandchildren Bailey, Kinsley, and Brody of Wilseyville.Brother Joseph Cortez of Oklahoma.She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Billie Kay Coretz and her grandparents.

Services will be at San Andreas Memorial Chapel with a viewing from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm followed by a grave side service at Sunset View Cemetery in Jackson,Ca.at 1:00 pm.

Family and friends are welcome to return to her home for a celebration of life in Valley Springs afterwards.
