Trio Arrested at Chicken Ranch for Heroin & Methamphetamine Use & Possession

Jamestown, CA…Last night Deputies responded to the Chicken Ranch Casino for a report of drug use in the parking lot. Deputies approached the gray Toyota Camry and contacted driver 33-year-old Sean Bachman and passenger 24-year old Moriah Do, both of Manteca. A records check was done on the occupants and revealed they were wanted in San Joaquin County. They pair admitted to using heroin in the parking lot and were placed under arrest. A man who had been in the vehicle with Bachman and Do, was standing nearby with Casino Security. 24-year-old Mark Hyder was found to be in possession of hypodermic needles, heroin and methamphetamine. (Editor’s Note: A Mark Hyder was arrested recently for drug use in front of Tractor Supply as well.)

A search of the vehicle netted numerous hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.

All three subjects were arrested and transported to the Tuolumne County Jail for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bachman was also booked on his warrant from San Joaquin County for violating Post Release Community Supervision and Do was booked on a San Joaquin County warrant for charges of transportation and sale of a controlled substance.

Additionally, heroin was found hidden in the clothing of Do during a search by jail personnel.
