Bear Valley, CA….Traffic Update….Carson, Tioga, Sonora Passes Open…Ebbetts Still Closed. The Early Season snow storm still has Ebbetts Pass closed. Most of the other mountain passes have reopened for the weekend. With warmer temps on tap for tomorrow I bet Caltrans opens the gates on Ebbetts tomorrow.
