San Andreas, CA…Congratulations to our very own Calaveras County Sheriff’s Tech Kathy Frost who was named Sheriff’s Secretary of the Year by the California State Sheriff’s Association. Sheriff Dibasilio had nominated Kathy and was able to surprise her with this honor at a conference in Palm Springs.
