Mokelumne HIll, CA…Kirk Silveria, 62 From Merced was riding his Harley Davidson northbound on SR-49 south of Big Bar Road at an unknown rate of speed. A 2013 Ford was traveling southbound on SR-49 south of Big Bar Road, directly in front of a 2007 Toyota. Mr. Silveira rode across the double yellow lines into the southbound lane and collided into the left rear of the Ford. The Harley Davidson then collided into the front end of the Toyota. He was subsequently ejected and sustained fatal injuries. It is unknown at this time if drugs and/or alcohol were a contributing factor in this collision.
