Sonora, CA…From the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Dept…”We need your help locating 38-year-old Timothy Joel Burton. He has warrants for his arrest which include charges of willful cruelty to a child, felon in possession of a firearm, resisting arrest, driving while suspended, displaying false registration, and leading law enforcement on a vehicle pursuit.

Burton led a Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Deputy on another vehicle pursuit in Big Oak Flat on Friday afternoon. He was driving a black 2000 Honda Civic during this most recent chase and evaded capture when he drove off road. Burton has brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
