Bear Valley, CA…Caltrans is reporting that Hwys 4, 108 & 120 or Ebbetts, Sonora & Tioga Passes remain closed after the overnight snow. The weather is warming into the weekend and the passes will reopen as Caltrans can make them safe. Hwy 88 is open with chain controls in the Kirkwood area.
