West Point, CA…On 11-7-17 the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team assisted investigators in serving a search warrant at a residence on Main Street in West Point. Multiple subjects were contacted and arrested on various drug related charges and child endangerment. Deputies seized methamphetamine, marijuana, concentrated cannabis with lab materials, and paraphernalia indicative of drug sales. Two juveniles were identified as living at this residence but not present during the search warrant service. The following subjects were booked into the Calaveras County Jail:
Rebecca Phillips (age 33 of West Point) arrested for 11378H&S – possession for sale of methamphetamine, 11366H&S – operating a place for selling drugs, 11379.6H&S – manufacturing illegal controlled substance, 4060BP – illegal possession of another’s prescribed medication, 182PC – criminal conspiracy, and 273a(a)PC – felony child endangerment with $100,000 bail.
Robert Rogers (age 39 of Stockton) arrested for 11377H&S – possession of methamphetamine, 11378H&S – possession for sale of methamphetamine, 11379.6H&S – manufacturing illegal controlled substance, 4060BP – illegal possession of another’s prescribed medication, 182PC – criminal conspiracy, 273a(a)PC – felony child endangerment and 3056PC – parole hold for CDCR with no bail.
Robert Miller (age 53 of West Point) arrested for 11364(a)H&S – possession of drug paraphernalia and 273a(a)PC – felony child endangerment with $100,000 bail.
Richard Kessler (age 52 of Wilseyville) arrested for 11377H&S – possession of methamphetamine and a felony 3455PC – PRCS revocation warrant out of Amador County with no bail.
