San Andreas, CA…BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Lead Agency: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249 FINDINGS TO APPROVE LLA 17-08, DISESTABLISHMENT OF EXISTING AG PRESERVE CONTRACTS #48 & #119 AND ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW AG PRESERVE CONTRACTS #359, #360 & #361 Pursuant to Government Code Section 51257, to facilitate a lot line adjustment, the parties may mutually agree to rescind the contract or contracts and simultaneously enter into a new contract or contracts pursuant to this chapter, provided that the board or council makes seven mandatory findings. Taking action to approve the LLA will require the Board to take action to disestablish two (2) existing Ag Preserves Contract #48 for Shanna Gregory and Contract #119 for Marjorie Webster Williams and to establish three (3) new Ag Preserves Contract #359 for Shanna Gregory, Contract #360 for Sammy & Heather Cox and contract #361 for the Marjorie Lillian Hazard GST Trust. The subject parcels, APN: 050-018-004, 050-018-006 & 050-017-021, are all located on the West end of the County, south of Jenny Lind between Gregory and Shelton Roads.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on December 5, 2017, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. Board of Supervisors agenda is available online http://bos.calaverasgov.us at noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
