West Point, CA…A 25 year old Ione woman was driving her Infinity traveling eastbound on Winton Road, just east of Bummerville Road. She made an unsafe turning movement, and allowed the Infinity to travel off of the roadway onto the south shoulder of Winton Road. Her vehicle then collided with a large tree on the south shoulder of Winton Road. She was transported by an air ambulance to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for treatment the injuries sustained as a result of this collision.

DUI or drugs do not appear to be a factor to this collision.
