Jamestown, Ca…On Sunday morning, deputies contacted 34-year-old Bethany Windmiller at the Twin Pines Mobile Home Park in Jamestown regarding five warrants for her arrest. Windmiller was standing in the open passenger door area of a Ford truck. During a search of the vehicle, deputies located her purse containing methamphetamine and suspected stolen property. Three bank cards and a checkbook were later confirmed stolen. Windmiller was arrested for her warrants and fresh charges of stealing access cards or account information and possessing methamphetamine.
