Bear Valley, CA…Hey Good People! What a great day yesterday was as we opened the Pooh Chair for some great groomers and off-piste skiing/riding. There were many smiles and compliments about our efforts and we thank you all for the recognition. Dominant high pressure is not looking to release it’s grip on the West coast for awhile so today will be another beautiful one with mostly sunny skies and a high of 59F possible and ENE winds from 6-9mph. Lady luck has been on our side as we continue to open new terrain. Our aspect and 7500′ Lodge level approach has been in our favor despite the lack of snow for Central and NorCal this season. Beautiful weather and warm temps are on tap for the rest of the weekend and into next week. What’s this mean for us…..well, great groomers and some really good bump skiing is to be had. Despite the high pressure ridging we have fantastic conditions for skiing and riding so it’s a great time to bring the family or friends up for quality skiing/riding or just taking a lesson. Remember, we’re about “Pure Mtn Fun” so come check us out this Winter !!!!! stay tuned….
Today
Sunny, with a high near 59. East northeast wind 6 to 9 mph.
Tonight
Mostly clear, with a low around 39. East wind 5 to 10 mph.
Peace Out,
Mattly
