San Andreas, CA 95249 2016-1123 APPEAL OF DENIAL FOR RECONSIDERATION OF APPEAL of Planning Directors Denial of Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Registration Application 2016-106 for APN: 044-006-028 Adrian Lambie, on behalf of Ralph Calderon and Mountain Farms, Inc., is appealing the denial by the Planning Commission for reconsideration of the denial by the Planning Commission of the appeal of the denial of application 2016-106 for medical commercial cannabis cultivation registration. The site is located at 833 State Route 49, Suites A-C, San Andreas, T4N, R12E, Sec. 22.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on February 20, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. Board of Supervisors agenda is available online http://bos.calaverasgov.us at noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. Copies of the project file and staff report can also be purchased at the Planning Department for the cost of making the copies.
