Jamestown, CA…On Saturday evening, deputies responded to a home on Fourth Ave. in Jamestown for a report of a sexual assault. Deputies located 21-year-old Randall Lee Collins of Sonora, walking near the intersection of Fifth Ave. and Seventh St. in Jamestown. Collins was arrested and booked into the Tuolumne County Jail for rape by force and oral copulation. Collins was known to the victim as he is a friend to an acquaintance of hers.
