Arnold, CA…Caltrans has chain controls in effect on our local roads. On Hwy 4 you will need to chain up starting in Arnold. On Hwy 108 5 miles west of Long Barn and on Hwy 88 chains are required starting at Cook’s Station. Lets be careful out there….
