Wilburt Duguay was born on November 28, 1930 and died at home in San Andreas on June 1st due to Heart failure.
Wilburt Duguay is perhaps best known as San Andreas Volunteer Fire Department Chief from October 1980 throughout the 80’s. He previously served for many years as Assistant Chief. He retired from Calaveras Cement Plant, and served honorably in the US Navy.
Wilburt is survived by his wife Ann Duguay, and his children David Duguay of Mount Vernon WA, Kathy Hoiland of Waterford CA, Janie Hamblin of Mount Vernon, WA.
