Arnold, CA…The power outages are starting to climb. In Calaveras Amador & Tuolumne Counties there are close to 3,000 not moving any current. The Largest outage is in the Pine Grove & West Point area with 2,688 without power after crews found a downed line. In the Valley Springs area there area couple of hundred customers out as well.
