Sonora, CA…CHP is reporting 15-20 vehicles stuck in a familiar location during a storm. Some may be a bit late getting to Black Oak Casino tonight. It is one of those hills that even those with two wheel drive vehicles think they should be able to make it up without chaining up…never seems to work.
