Arnold, CA…Caltrans has been making quick work of the latest snow layers on our local highways. From North to South…Hwy 88 is clear and without controls, Hwy 4 has controls from Arnold on up, Hwy 108 has controls from Long Barn on up & Hwy 120 is clear. Conditions can change quickly and carry chains, warm clothing and even a blanket or two just in case you need to spend a few hours in your vehicle if you have an incident or breakdown.
