San Andreas, CA…On 03/6/18 Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and Detectives completed their follow-up investigation into the alleged threat at Calaveras High School where a 15-year-old student had mentioned bringing a firearm to campus. The student was arrested at the high school during the initial response to the complaint. During the investigation the investigators learned that the student had previously, on an unknown date, threatened another student.

Additionally, the Sheriff’s Office received information during this investigation that on or about 9/7/17 the student was found to be in possession of a knife after he had threatened to stab another student.
