Jamestown, CA…On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at approximately 3:05 pm, a 2008 Chevrolet Express van, driven by Ignacio Moreno, 58 years old, from Ripon, was traveling westbound on State Route 120 approaching Tulloch Dam Road at approximately 65 mph in the #2 (right) lane. Mr. Moreno encountered a slower vehicle ahead of him and attempted to change lanes into to #1 (left) lane. Due to his unsafe speed for the wet roadway surface, he lost control of his vehicle. The van ran off of the roadway onto the center median, up an embankment. Subsequently, the van overturned completely until coming to rest on its right side.

Mr Moreno was transported to Adventist Health Sonora to be treated for moderate injuries.
