Wilseyville, CA…Joseph “Joe” Franco, Jr, 88, of Wilseyville, passed away after a brief illness on March 20, 2018 in Stockton, CA. He is survived by his wife Patricia and children Jean Franco (Pat), Maria Caprile (Tony), Francesca Pappin (Bill), Ellen Bower (Bill), Joseph Franco III (Michelle), and Sarah Hogan (Tom), eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, his brother Benjamin, two nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Alice and Ruth, daughter Felicia, and grandson Ben. A memorial will be held at a later date.
