A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Calaveras Ranger District (parking lot) 5519 Highway 4, Hathaway Pines, California 95247, May 3, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., for purposes of observing conditions at the project site.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with:

“BID #17-1000-18-968 – Mailroom DO NOT OPEN”

and in the possession of the Purchasing Agent no later than: at 3:00 PM on May 11, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened. Faxed bids are not acceptable; bids received beyond the deadline date and time will not be considered.”
