A Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site Visit Meeting is scheduled for this project on May 16, 2018. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEETING IS MANDATORY AND ONLY THE BIDS OF FIRMS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE(S) IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION AND AWARD. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL MEET AT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING ROOM LOCATED AT 891 MOUNTAIN RANCH ROAD, SAN ANDREAS, CALIFORNIA 95249 SHARPLY AT 1:30 P.M. ANY BIDDER WHO HAS NOT SIGNED THE SIGN-IN SHEET WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE JOB WALK AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT A BID.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with:
“BID #17-1060-17-914 – Tax Collector Security Wall System Project – Mailroom DO NOT OPEN” and in the possession of the Purchasing Agent no later than: 3:00 PM on May 29, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened. Faxed bids are not acceptable; bids received beyond the deadline date and time will not be considered.
