A Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site Visit Meeting is scheduled for this project on June 13, 2018. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEETING IS MANDATORY AND ONLY THE BIDS OF FIRMS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE(S) IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION AND AWARD. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL MEET AT THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE/ADMIN CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATED AT 891 MOUNTAIN RANCH ROAD, SAN ANDREAS, CALIFORNIA 95249 SHARPLY AT 1:30 P.M. ANY BIDDER WHO HAS NOT SIGNED THE SIGN-IN SHEET WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE JOB WALK AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT A BID.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with:
“BID #17-1060-17-914A – Tax Collector Security Wall System Project – Mailroom DO NOT OPEN” and in the possession of the Purchasing Agent no later than: 3:00 PM on June 26, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened. Faxed bids are not acceptable; bids received beyond the deadline date and time will not be considered.
