San Andreas, CA…NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, due to unscheduled vacancies and expiration of terms, the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors encourages interested and qualified persons to apply for membership to the following County committees or commissions:

IHSS Advisory Committee
One vacancy for a term ending 12/31/2019 – Past/Present Consumer 3
One vacancy for a term ending 12/31/2018 – Past/Present Consumer 5
One vacancy for a term ending 12/31/2019 – Past/Present Consumer 6
One vacancy for a term ending 12/31/2019 – General Public Member 3

The Advisory Committee shall provide ongoing advice and recommendations regarding In-Home Supportive Services and the Public Authority to the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors, the Governing Body, and any administrative body in the county that is related to the delivery and administration of In-Home Supportive Services. Members of the Committee are required to file a Statement of Economic Interest upon appointment, annually and when leaving office.

The Committee meets on the last Monday of each month, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, at the Mark Twain Hospital, Classroom 3.

Applications for membership must be obtained by calling 209/754-6370 or through the Calaveras County Clerk-Recorder’s, Board of Supervisors Division, 891 Mtn. Ranch Rd, San Andreas, CA 95249 or you may apply on the County’s website at http://calaverascountyca.iqm2.com/Citizens/Board . Completed applications must be returned to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at the above address by 4:00 PM, July 13, 2018. If no applications are received by the advertised deadline or applications are withdrawn, do not meet requirements, are invalid, etc., the County will continue to accept applications beyond the deadline until the vacancy is filled.
