Arnold, CA…Stop by Calaveras Humane Society’s Thrift Store Cat Adoption Center in Arnold, located in Meadowmont Center next to Big Trees Market, open Thurs. through Sat., 10 am–5 pm. Loki and Indy will be there, along with other kitties who would love to meet you. We will also have kitties available at our Angels Camp Adoption Center, located in Angels Town Center (240 S. Main St./Hwy 49), open Thurs/Fri, 10 am–5 pm, and Saturday, 11 am–5pm. Come in and meet the kitties!

“Let me introduce myself. My name is LOKI, brother to Indy. I wear my tuxedo coat everywhere I go. I also sport a handsome mustache and beard, short-haired, of course, like rest of my coat. I love to play, especially rolling around with my brother. I play well with other kittens too and even cat-friendly puppies. I also love things that dangle. Sitting on my favorite human’s lap and getting loved on is a delight. I would love to be adopted with my brother Indy, but I would also love to go home with you! Will you be my family?”

“Hi there! My name is INDY. What’s yours? I’m a handsome gray tuxedo with a little pink nose. My ears are a little big for my slender face, but that just adds to my uniqueness. I love to play—things that dangle, things that make noise, kittens from a another mother. I’m very curious about cat-friendly dogs, but no worries—I approach with caution. My absolute favorite plaything is my brother, Loki. We can almost be thought of as twins—we jump, we hurtle, we pounce, and we hide from one another. The humans caring for us in our foster home have found hours on end of laughs watching our antics. Don’t be put off by my shyness in new situations.”
