San Andreas, CA…PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. 2018-038 AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 17 RELATED TO FEE ADOPTION: The County proposes to amend Title 17 to modify Section 17.94.020 related to establishing Planning Department fees. The proposed amendment to Title 17 is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15273(a) and 15061(b)(3). The establishment of fees is statutorily exempt and the activity is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 26, 2018 at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mt. Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
