Major Injuries for Mountain Ranch Man in Dirtbike vs Vehicle Collision

Mountain Ranch, CA…On July 21, 2018, at approximately 1308 hours, a young Mountain Ranch man was a 2006 Honda YFZ250F eastbound on Stanley Road, east of Rabbits Foot Road, at an unknown speed. Another Mountain Ranch man was driving his Ford Explorer westbound on Stanley Road, approaching Rabbits Foot Road at approximately 25 mph, approaching the motorcycle’s location. For a yet to be determined reason, the young man allowed his Honda to cross over the double solid yellow lines, directly into the path of the Ford. The front of the Ford collided with front of the Honda within the westbound traffic lane. The motorcycle rider was ejected from his Honda.

Alcohol and/or drugs are not considered a factor in this collision.

Party #1 was not wearing a helmet during this collision.
