San Andreas, CA…NOTICE OF VACANCIES FOR CITIZEN BOARDS/COMMITTEES/COMMISSIONS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, due to unscheduled vacancies and expiration of terms, the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors encourages interested and qualified persons to apply for membership to the following County committees or commissions: Fish and Game Commission. One vacancy for a term expiring 12/31/2018 – District 2 Representative 2. To develop facts, make findings and forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on matters concerning organization, promotion and supervision of community and county-wide fish and wildlife programs and activities within the county. To advise on the propagation, preservation and conservation of fish and wildlife in the county.

Members are required to annually file Statement of Economic Interest – Form 700.
Meetings: Meets at 5:30 PM on the fourth Wednesday of the month (January through October) in the Board Chambers at Government Center in San Andreas.

Completed applications must be returned to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at the above address by 4:00 PM, August 24, 2018. If no applications are received by the advertised deadline or applications are withdrawn, do not meet requirements, are invalid, etc., the County will continue to accept applications beyond the deadline until the vacancy is filled.
