San Andreas, CA…Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office K9 Nox and Corporal Jim Moser received an essential piece of protective equipment this week. This donation of Rex Specs was made possible through the Friends Of Calaveras Sheriff’s Office and K9 Tactical, whose owner Brandon Griffin lives locally and is a private K9 Trainer where citizens can take their dogs for obedience training. The Rex Specs goggles for Sheriff K9 Nox protect against almost anything imaginable from dust and debris from rotor wash during helicopter deployments to punctures from sticks and thorns while working in thick brush.
