NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at the regular Calaveras County Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for October 9, 2018, the Calaveras Administrative Office will request the Board to approve a lease for 1207 square feet of office space at 22 Main St., San Andreas, CA to the Calaveras County Arts Council pursuant to California Government Code §25537 and County Code 3.40.05, such lease to be offered in exchange for $100 per month for a term between June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2022.
