Angels Camp, CA…On October 4, 2018 at approximately 3:30 PM, units from the Angels Camp Police Department and the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant in the 700 block of South Main Street in an attempt to locate stolen property and any evidence of drug use. Incident to the search, evidence of drug use and numerous items identified as stolen property were recovered. The recovered stolen property is currently being processed as evidence and victims are being notified by the Angels Camp Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing. There are several people of interest who have been identified. As of the time of this press release, no arrests have been made.

UPDATE: With the assistance of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office, the Angels Camp Police Department identified suspects of a recent string of burglaries in the Angels Camp area as 24 year old Angels Camp resident, Jarad Sullivan, and 26 year old Angels Camp resident, Sydney Sullivan.
Jarad and Sydney Sullivan are suspected of being responsible for the burglary from the 1200 block of South Main Street that occurred on October 3, 2018, theft from another Angels Camp business, and at least 3 thefts from vehicles in the Angels Camp area. The investigation is still ongoing. Further victims are being identified and notifi ed of the recovery of their stolen property.
On October 15, 2018 at approximately 2:15 PM, units from the Angels Camp Police Department and Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jarad and Sydney Sullivan in the 700 block of South Main Street and booked them in to the Calaveras County Jail for the following charges:
