Jupiter, CA…From the Tuolumne Sheriff’s Dept…”This morning, Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Detectives are investigating a homicide. Last night around 10 o’clock, deputies were called to the Jupiter area on Italian Bar Road near Rose Creek for a report of a man who had been shot. When deputies arrived, they found 31-year-old Scott Andrew Rockey dead in a marijuana garden on his property. Detectives responded to the scene and interviewed witnesses. Child Welfare Services took custody of a 3 year old child living at the home.
