San Andreas, CA…BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SUMMARY PUBLICATION: The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance to amend the zoning of parcels in Mokelumne Hill. The planned development combining zone was removed from 102 parcels and the design review combining zone was added to 117 parcels. A negative declaration was adopted by the Board of Supervisors.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after adoption and a summary thereof shall be published once within 15 days of adoption in the newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Calaveras with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against it.

Passed and adopted on the 13th of November, 2018 by the following vote:
AYES: Tofanelli, Garamendi, Oliveira, Mills and Clapp
