Sonora, CA…Adventist Health proudly welcomes board-certified family nurse practitioner, Melanie Patton, F.N.P.-C, to the team at Adventist Health Sonora – Sierra Cardiology. Specializing in comprehensive cardiology services, Patton offers care for concerns such as atrial fibrillation, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and coronary artery disease.

Patton received her Master of Science in Nursing and training as a family nurse practitioner from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

A native of Tuolumne County, Patton enjoys caring for patients in her community.

“Helping to improve the health of my patients is the best part of what I do,” she says. “I have lived in Tuolumne County most of my life and am passionate about caring for my community.”

In her spare time, Patton enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children.
