Two Suspects Arrested from Traffic Stop for Narcotics Transportation:

San Andreas, CA…On 1-27-19 CCSO Deputies assisted CHP on a vehicle traffic stop that resulted in two arrests for transportation for sales and possession for sales of marijuana as well as possession of a concealed handgun.
At approx. 1030pm, CCSO Deputies were called to a gas station in San Andreas where a CHP officer had stopped a vehicle for speeding. During contact with the occupants of the vehicle, the officer discovered marijuana, marijuana products, and a handgun in the vehicle at which point CCSO Deputies were called in to assist with the investigation.
Ten pounds of marijuana, 210 grams of individual packages containing concentrated cannabis, and approximately 650 electronic cigarette refill cartridges containing THC were seized.

Garrett Larsen (age 21) and Richard Tillman (age 20), both of Mi Wuk Village, were booked in to the Calaveras County Jail on charges of 11357(b)H&S – Possession over 28.5 grams of Marijuana, 11359(b)H&S – Possession of Marijuana for Sales, 11360(a)H&S – Transportation/Sales of Marijuana, and 25400(a)(3) PC – Concealed Loaded Firearm. Both subjects were issued citations and released from custody after booking.
