Douglas Flat, CA…On 2-5-19 Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Detectives served a search warrant on a residence in the 1000 block of Live Oak Drive in Douglas Flat. After a lengthy investigation into a 2018 burglary case, detectives obtained suspect DNA evidence linked to a resident at the Live Oak Drive address. During service of the search warrant, two subjects were arrested on narcotics charges.

Riki Eltringham (age 40 of Copperopolis) and Jeremy Stritenberger (age 42 of Douglas Flat) were both arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and probation violation with no bail. (Photographs of narcotics and paraphernalia seized are attached). Eltringham was additionally booked into the Calaveras County Jail for two warrants out for her arrest and Strietenberger was additionally charged with committing a felony while out on bail.
