The applicant is requesting approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 50-acre parcel into two parcels. The parcels are proposed to be 25.17-acres and 24.83-acres in size. Both proposed lots are undeveloped. The parcel has a General Plan land use designation of Natural Resource Lands-Timberlands/Mineral Resources 2A/ Dam Inundation (NRL-TIMBER-MRA-2A-DIA) and is zoned General Agriculture (A1). The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing.
