LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. 2018-065 ZA – ZONING AMENDMENT FOR MARK BOLGER. This application proposes to re-zone 80 acres of land in Calaveras County from U (Unclassified) to A1 (General Agriculture). The two contiguous parcels are located off Banner Road, approximately one mile east of the intersection of S. Rail Road Flat Rd and Banner Rd between the communities of Mountain Ranch and Rail Road Flat. APNs: 020-031-060 & 020-031-061 are the west ½ of the northeast ¼ of section 18, T05 North, R14 East, MDM. A CEQA Negative Declaration has been prepared.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on March 26, 2019 at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
