LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. 2017-144 ZONING AMENDMENT FOR VICTORIA TELLER Lot Line Adjustment 17-20 will re-locate the common boundary between two parcels by merging a portion of a parcel zoned Timber Production (TP) with a parcel zoned Rural Residential – 1.3-acre minimum parcel size (RR-1.3). The LLA creates a split zoning that must be resolved by way of an immediate rezone from the TP zone the portion of APN: 024-001-033 merged with APN: 024-001-034, and APN: 024-001-034 from RR-1.3 to Residential Agriculture (RA). The remainder of APN: 024-001-033 will remain in the TP zone. The subject parcel is located at 1810 Love Creek Road in Arnold, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of the intersection of Moran Road and Love Creek Road. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mt. Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing.
